IvSU students returned from the field international school

From November 10 to November 12, in the SPA-VOLGA hotel complex (Kineshma), 60 Russian and foreign students from five Ivanovo universities became participants in an outreach interuniversity international school, which was held as part of the project "International Dialogue". The school brought together students from Ivanovo universities from 13 countries!

The international family of students of our university was represented by guys from Russia, Vietnam, Congo, Chad, Zambia and Guinea-Bissau: Valeria Mizikina, Nikita, Da Silva Marlline Antoniou, Roman Tikhomirov, Valeria Shibaeva, To Pham Xuan An, Abderahim Ahmat Abakar, Muanda Panzu Ofrael Zhofri, Nonde Faith Kafula. The tutor of the group was Rinat Nurullaevich Kanafiev, Associate Professor of the Center for Russian Studies and International Education at IvSU.

The organizer of the visiting interuniversity international school within the framework of the winning project of the All-Russian competition of youth projects among educational institutions of higher education in 2022 was a team of employees and student volunteers of the Ivanovo State Polytechnic University. The presented program turned out to be very rich, relevant and did not leave anyone indifferent! The school started in the building of the Ivanovo Polytechnic University: the leaders of the student groups addressed the participants with parting words. After registration, all teams went to Kineshma, where they immediately got to work. At the start, within the framework of Alexander Gavrilov’s author’s training “International Identity of Youth”, the guys exchanged interesting facts about national traditions and talked about their “place of power”, indicating it on the world map. School participants learned how to plan their future together with the speaker Natalya Shcherbakova, together with Anna Panova and Yulia Shammut, they developed a draft scenario for events dedicated to the International Student's Day, and became participants in the training “Tolerance. Adaptation. Cultural Traditions”, which Tatyana Afonina conducted for them. Associate Professor of IvSU R.N. Kanafiev introduced students to his graphic work and gave everyone the opportunity to try themselves as an artist. The program of the school ended with the solemn granting of diplomas to all participants.

Despite the gloomy sky and the autumn wind on these autumn days, all participants of the international school on the banks of the Volga managed to immerse themselves in a bright and warm atmosphere of friendly cooperation, creative interaction and exciting communication!
