We establish bilateral international relations

On November 11, an online meeting was held with partners from the UNILAG University of Lagos (Nigeria).

During the meeting, various options for bilateral cooperation were discussed: short-term and long-term Russian language courses; internships for UNILAG students at IvSU; participation of students and teachers in conferences; organization of joint scientific events.

An important part of the conversation was the discussion of the possibility of launching a double degree program at IvSU and UNILAG.

From IvSU, the meeting was attended by: N.D. Sorokin, Vice-Rector for Youth Policy and Social Development, A.P. Anisimova, International Projects coordinator of the International Office, and I.A. Ibrahim, head of the Center for Russian Studies and International Education.

The meeting was held in a positive way: both universities are interested in further cooperation and will soon begin to develop and agree on a roadmap for cooperation.
